Bedka Studio

Your business works hard. Your website should too.

Websites that feel like cinema.

I design and build custom websites for small businesses, using today's best tools, AI included, to give you a site that's worth looking at, and worth finding. Then, when your business needs it and not before, automation that takes work off your plate. You work directly with me.

This page is the sample

You're busy running the business.

  • A website you're embarrassed to send people to — or no website at all.
  • The same questions, answered one by one, all day.
  • Leads that go cold because you were doing the actual work.

The fix isn't more tools. It's one site with a job — and automation only where it saves you time.

The website first. Then what saves you time.

Three levels that stack. You start with the essentials and add only what your business actually uses.

Level 01

Base website

A custom site with its own identity — not another template. Fast, clear, accessible, and designed phone-first, because that's where your customers will find you.

  • Design made for your business
  • One page or several, each with a clear job
  • Fast loading and careful accessibility
  • A contact form that actually arrives
+ Level 02

Workflow automation

Let the site work while you run the business. What you do by hand today — answering the same question ten times, remembering appointments, copying data around — can be automated.

  • Automatic confirmations and replies
  • Reminders and follow-ups
  • Connected to your tools: calendar, email, spreadsheets
+ Level 03

AI integrations

AI put to work on concrete parts of your business — when it helps, not because it's trendy. I'm a software developer; and building this kind of tool is my craft.

  • An assistant that answers your frequent questions
  • Summaries of messages and requests
  • Assisted content for your site

Here's how working together goes ↓

Four steps. No mystery.

  1. 01
    Trigger · You

    Tell me about your business

Use the form or plain email. No sales pitch.

  2. 02
    Action · Me

I reply with an honest take

What I’d build, what you don’t need, a fixed quote, and a real date.

  3. 03
    Action · Me

I build it and show you

You see the site live before anything launches.

  4. 04
    Output · Live

It goes live — and grows when you’re ready

Automation and AI get added when your business actually needs them.

Every project, told in full

Real sites you can click through, and the thinking behind each one.

Lone Oak Texas Tree Nursery

Lone Oak is a family tree nursery in Aledo, Texas. The site helps homeowners and landscapers explore trees, learn how to care for them, and try a sample quote request.

Warm Texas footage opens the site, then a curved 3D yard lets visitors drag through the trees on offer. Canopy greens, warm sand, and a quiet serif keep the landscape at the center. Every page is responsive and accessible, from phone to desktop.

Victory Springs Realty Group

Victory Springs Realty Group is a family-owned cash home buyer serving Dallas–Fort Worth. The website gives homeowners a clear reason to trust the company and a direct path to a cash offer.

Frosted-glass cards sit over real footage of a drive into Dallas. Deep blues set a calm, trustworthy tone, and a warm yellow marks the one action that matters: “Get My Cash Offer.” Every page is responsive and accessible, from phone to desktop.

Collin & Sam Refrigeration

Collin & Sam Refrigeration is a concept site for a fictional AC and heating company in Frisco, Texas. It shows how a local trade can explain its work and invite visitors to book a visit.

The whole page follows one idea: getting a hot house back to 72°. Scenes pin in place as you scroll. An AC unit comes apart, and a sun-baked room cools down. A Summer/Winter switch changes the whole site, and it ends on a thermostat you can turn.

Every project gets the same treatment: a clear problem, a custom design, and a live site you can visit.

Honest numbers, from the start

Every project is quoted on its own. These are the starting points — tell me about your business and I'll tell you, honestly, what I would build, and what you don't need.

Founding clients — 5 projects at 20% off

Bedka Studio is new, and I'd rather show you real work than tell you about it. For my first five projects I'm taking 20% off the listed price. In return, I ask for your honest feedback: a short testimonial in your own words, and permission to write up the project as a case study. Good, mixed, or critical, the discount stands either way. When the five are booked, this offer ends and prices are as listed.

Half to start, half at launch. Then you own everything — the site, the code, the accounts. Nothing is held hostage.

The first year of hosting is included. After that, Site Essentials keeps your site and form running and your domain renewals on track, for $120 a year.

After launch: Care covers your edits for $70 a month — or skip it and pay only when you need a change, at $75 an hour.

Add-ons — a Spanish version, Google Business Profile setup, extra pages — are priced in your quote. Workflow automation and AI integrations are quoted per project, added when your business needs them, not before.

You'll work with me

I'm Betsy Castro, a software developer. I build websites end to end — the design you see and the code underneath it — plus the automations that quietly handle the busywork.

Bedka Studio is where I do that for small businesses: places run by real people, who need their business to look as good online as it does in person. When you write in, you're talking to me — and I'm the one who builds it.

Asked and answered

How much does a website cost?

Projects start at $1,800 for a fully custom one-page site ($1,440 for my first five founding clients). Every quote is fixed before we start — the price we agree on is the price you pay. Half to start, half at launch.

How long does it take?

It depends on the project — a one-pager is faster than a flagship build. You get a real date with your quote, not a guess.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Yes. Tell me what's not working and I'll give you an honest take — sometimes it's a full redesign, sometimes it's a few fixes. I'll tell you which.

What do you need from me?

Your words, your photos, and a little of your time at the start. I handle everything technical — you never touch code.

What happens after launch?

The site is yours — code, accounts, everything. The first year of hosting is included; after that, Site Essentials keeps it running for $120 a year. For changes, Care covers your edits for $70 a month, or you pay only when you need something, at $75 an hour. Every site also gets 30 days of free fixes after launch.

Do I need AI or automation?

Probably not on day one — and I'll tell you if you don't. When a task starts eating your week, that's when it earns its place.
